Processing Time

  • In-stock products: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time:

  • T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie products: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Jerseys, Shorts: Estimated delivery time is 11-15 business days after processing.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped, allowing real-time updates via the carrier’s website.

 Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier is automatically chosen based on cost efficiency, delivery speed, and your shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where possible).
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are in USD.
  • Orders shipped within the United States are subject to applicable state sales tax, calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by your state or local jurisdiction.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.
  • AMY VISIONCORE LLC is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the order is returned to us, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
